A resident of the planet Laxicon where all their people are highly intelligent beings, Captain is...let's say a bit underdeveloped. He is the first individual to fail pretty much every grade level in every school on his planet, meaning he's technically still in preschool. Some don't even believe he's from this planet, and the fact that his parents refuse to address these claims does not help whatsoever. Even with all that, Captain still keeps up his optimistic attitude and rolls with the punches...(Literally. He's been beaten up by his brothers who make fun of his disability for so long, he's become nearly indestructible) Captain has always had a dream of becoming a detective/police officer. Putting the bad guys away in the space slammer was always an idea that stood out to him, and now he's got a chance to make that a reality. Reports of a madman by the name of Haiec has been travelling the multiverse for unknown reasons, killing innocent people and destroying civilizations have shook Laxicon to it's core. With all police officers on Laxicon put on retirement due to crippling injuries or just plain...death by the hands of this monster...this leaves only one...very stupid option. Next thing you know, Captain McSquiggles and his "deputy", a convicted felon named X, are on a mission across the cosmos, setting out to stop Professor Haiec and protect the multiverse!
